A 25% service fee will be applied to all group reservation services upon booking. This fee helps support our service staff and ensures a seamless group experience.

Terms of service for group reservations

• Group reservations require advance booking and go by availability for that day depending on staffing and booking.

• A deposit will be required to secure your reservation.

• Final guest counts must be confirmed 1 week prior to your appointment date and all changes must be made before then.

• Cancellations or changes within the week of group reservation will be subject to fees.

• A 25% service fee is automatically added to all group services.

• Robes are an extra added fee, optional, and not required for all services. If you would like to include robes for your group experience, please ask at the time of booking.
